What happens if I exceed my monthly message limit?
Messages are shared across all your agents (and any add-on agents), not per-agent. Message caps are calculated against GPT-4o-mini; heavier models use more credits per reply, so real-world message counts can be lower if you pick a pricier model. Go: 1,000 messages/month. Plus: 3,000. Pro: 10,000. Enterprise is unlimited. When you hit the cap, your agents pause until the start of your next billing cycle.

We don't offer a free tier — every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You enter card details upfront, but we don't charge anything for 7 days. Cancel any time before day 7 and you won't be charged.
How do add-on agents work on Plus and Pro?
Plus and Pro both come with 1 AI agent. If you need more, you can add extra agents for $20/month each. Each add-on agent inherits your base plan's features — same storage per agent, same integrations, same lead capture. You can cancel any add-on at any time and it will end at the next billing cycle.
What's the difference between Plus and Pro?
Pro ($60/mo) is built for teams with live support needs. Compared to Plus, you get 3 operator seats per agent (vs 1), 5,000 credits/month (vs 1,500), 40 MB storage per agent (vs 25 MB), 20 API keys (vs 5), all channel integrations (vs 5), and 2,000 leads/month (vs 500).
