Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

Messages are shared across all your agents, not per-agent. Growth includes 1,500 AI messages/month, Pro 4,000, Scale and Agency 10,000, Enterprise unlimited. If you run low, buy a message pack — $10 adds 1,000 messages to the current month. No meter, no surprise charges, no auto-billing: your agents never silently rack up a bill, and packs are a click when you actually need them. Counts assume the standard model; heavier models use more credits per reply.

We don't offer a free tier — every plan starts with a 7-day free trial of Pro-level features. You enter card details upfront, but we don't charge anything for 7 days. Cancel any time before day 7 and you won't be charged.

Tools like Intercom Fin ($0.99 per resolution) and Zendesk ($1.50–2.00 per resolution) charge you every time their AI answers — even when the answer is wrong. Chatmount is flat: at $99/month, a business handling 300 conversations pays about ¢33 each, and the price never spikes because you had a busy month. No meter that runs even when the bot fails.

Growth ($49/mo, ₹3,499) is the AI front desk on your website and WhatsApp with booking and lead capture. Pro ($99/mo, ₹6,999) adds Instagram, a help desk with 3 team seats, lead scoring, and removes Chatmount branding — it's the plan most service businesses want. Scale ($199/mo, ₹14,999) is for multi-location or high-volume: 3 agents, 10,000 messages, full API access, priority support.

Agency ($199/mo, ₹14,999) lets digital-marketing and web agencies resell Chatmount white-label: 10 client agents with no Chatmount branding anywhere, and you keep 100% of whatever you charge your clients. Extra client agents are $15/month each. You bill your clients directly — we bill you one flat price.

Pricing is regional and detected automatically from your location — in India you see and pay INR (Growth ₹3,499, Pro ₹6,999, Scale/Agency ₹14,999 per month, annual = 2 months free) on the domestic Razorpay rail, where India-issued cards auto-renew. Everywhere else, pricing is in USD.

Growth includes the website widget and WhatsApp. Pro adds Instagram (plus Messenger, Slack, and Email). Scale, Agency, and Enterprise include every channel: WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Slack, Email, Zapier, WordPress, Zendesk, and Salesforce.
