AI Agent Management
Settings
The Settings group covers everything that’s not source curation or live chat. General agent identity lives here; AI tuning, voice, emails, and the chat-interface customization each get their own sub-page.
General
The default Settings tab — where the agent’s identity lives.
Agent details
The agent’s ID (read-only with a copy button) and storage size sit at the top. Underneath, the agent’s display name — editable in place. The name shows up in the chat widget header by default unless you override it in Chat Interface settings.
Credit limits
Cap how many credits this specific agent can spend per period. Useful when one agent runs in a high-traffic surface (a marketing site) and you don’t want a runaway promotion to drain your whole workspace budget.
- Toggle the limit on; set the credit ceiling
- When the cap is hit, the agent stops responding (with a friendly fallback message)
- Reset cadence and remaining credits show in the row
Danger zone
Two destructive actions, both behind confirmation dialogs:
- Delete all conversations — wipes chat history for this agent. Sources, settings, and the agent itself stay. Useful if you’re repurposing an agent and want a clean slate.
- Delete agent — removes the agent, its sources, its conversations, its widget config. Permanent.
Sub-pages
Settings has its own sub-navigation in the agent sidebar. The dedicated pages cover deeper configuration:
- AI — model + temperature + system prompt + Auto-retrain
- Voice — voice mode model, transcriber, voice tuning (Pro)
- Emails — email auto-reply config (Pro)
- Chat Interface — widget colours, avatar, bubble icon, suggested queries, follow-ups
Each sub-page is documented separately: Email settings covers the email auto-reply surface in detail.
