Your Content: As between you and us, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you own the inputs you provide ("Input") and the output generated by the Services based on your Input ("Output"). We hereby assign to you all our right, title, and interest in and to Output.

License to Us: By using the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use your Input and Output to provide, maintain, and improve the Services (e.g., model training), provided we comply with our Privacy Policy.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER WE NOR OUR AFFILIATES WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, OR DATA, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
